Coaching & consulting as a creative partnership
Your trusted partner
The name "BeBlume" was inspired by the German word for "flower" which symbolizes the idea of always blooming—constantly growing, evolving, and embracing change. It's about fostering a mindset of continuous development, both personally and professionally.
It’s also about how we change and grow more rapidly within an ecosystem of support. When I became pregnant with my daughter, I quickly realized how vital a strong network is, especially during times of transformation. I surrounded myself with trusted partners—a doula, therapist, prenatal chiropractor, close friends, and confidants. While I can’t know how my journey would have unfolded without them, I can say with certainty that my transition into parenthood was richer and more meaningful because of this trusted circle.
This experience reinforced my belief that change, whether personal or professional, is always better when shared. It’s why I founded BeBlume Coaching & Consulting—to provide the kind of collaborative partnership that nurtures growth, blends the relational with the practical, and combines research-backed theories with real-world experience. My goal is to co-create with you and your team the tailored support you need to thrive.
